I've always had this feeling some animations felt familiar, but these two are incredibly close.
Add to that the general opinion they re-use audio as well and it starts to make sense how they can crank out so many animations of seasonal characters.

Reusing animation is a tried and tested practice going back to the very founding of animation as a medium. Basically every major animation project ever made does it. Who cares, you just want to see your waifu get railed.

Reusing your own animations is one thing, tracing somebody else's animation and then selling it as your own is something else.

Fair enough, I didn't know it was someone else's animation. Thought Najar was a character not an artist. That is scummy.
