Nothing I've played meets both requirements, but you could look at the list here of games with the violence and incest tags. Or swap the violence tag for milf to get this larger list.

For just mafia and some violence there's Alexandra, and The DeLuca Family (no actual sex yet but some maybe on the way). For the incest Man of the House.

Not really it was just for the incest with the mom and aunt I'm afraid. There is a bit of blackmail (and I guess identity fraud), but nothing out of the ordinary for a adult game.
