Her hair color changes slightly (Dark -> Light).
Her eye color changes slightly (Dark-> Light).
Her lips goes from soft-line to hard-line.
Earrings are different.
She loses her necklace.
Her top changes color and materia.
Her belt changes color, pattern and clasp style.
Her skirt changes material,
Her jacket changes color from light to slightly darker, changes zipper and loses buttons.

The interior changes from having lamps + windows + guests to having no lamps, windows or guests.
The bottles in the background also changes arrangement.






The pictures in general shows no game play and shows a lack of attention to detail (consistency) in the art.
For the "Deer" image, it looks like she is wearing suit with fur on it rather than looking like the fur is growing on her.
For the purple-haired elf getting it in the ass in the forest, there is a weird green strap that seems to serve no purpose.

You missed one obvious difference. Her tits are way bigger in the second one.
In the second one, her left hand is morphing like Nosferatu's.
