Help, I cannot anything on game. I mean on stimulation.

Dead thread but I'm enjoying this. Progression comes from unlocking new scenes which leads to new cutscenes advancing the story. You unlock different scenes by making characters climax on a certain pattern. Following the dialogue queues seems to be a hint.

Game is seriously bugged stuck on fast forward unable to read any of it!

I had that problem when I had a gamepad plugged in.

I'm missing two scenes in the top-middle of the gallery. Anyone know how to get them?

Those are the UP > Gangbang scenes.
By UP i mean the button which says up, the boobs position

Nevermind, I found where to put it but I can't load any of the savefiles without the game crashing
It's saved in Appdata/Local/Magical Girl Kureha Twist
