Magnetus took a good amount of inspiration from Aka6, especially as their art developed. If you go and look at their oldest art, you'll see a bit more of a unique (though rough) style that came to evolve into what it is now. Still elements of that old style, but definitely more clear inspiration Aka6.

I think they've also done some collabs before, and I know they know of each other and have interacted a little on like Twitter and such.

Yep, they are pretty similar, although aka6 has a more notable style when it comes to highlight muscles on a character.
