Looking at the Steam log they release one approximately in the middle of every September. The latest came out on the 13th; the previous was on Sep 17th 2021.

IE. slow as molasses. If this ever hits completion status I'll probably be admiring it at the old folks' home.

I don't think so, the Op links to version 0.3.11XX, while Susan (the girl with fists) and subsecuent updates are 0.3.1445 (for Susan at least)., So nope it's not updated.
Might wait for the thread holder to update it.
