That's not even the correct version.
That's v1.0.0 as you can see from the readme. The translation is for v1.0.3.

I have potato internet. Uploading that would take me hours.
You can find the correct game version on hentai-sharing. Search there using the DLsite code RJ306069.
Fastest hoster there is probably mexa.

download the prepatched one and use an emulator for mobile like joyplay (follow the joyplay instruction). I haven't tried it on mobile and the game is buggy. (do not make changes with the folder name.) If you are on PC it should be plug and play. (If it still crash then try changing locale or try locale emulator.)

The translation was not designed to be applied to that.

I applied the translation to version 1.0.3 but the text is still JP. Anyone can help?
