Is there a way to get into the uncle secret sex room in his mansion?

If you can get inside, you should be able to to do the rest of the puzzles and get inside Lalitas Estate - even though it will be a bit unnerving to have to go all the way around every time they boot you out of the Estate (which is not that often).

Ok I see how to progress. I wasn't locked out. I was just looking for a door in the wilds, when I needed to be going back to the door in the underground passage. Can't believe I spent all that time when the answer was simple. I can now access the door in the tower. Thanks again.

Go into the Wilds and on the right side just before the path turns, there is a small opening. Follow it and the screen should open up.

Afaik 3rd floor just south of the stairs - the area is full of boxes and crates. The key should be in the first room to the left between the boxes. There are some other items in the area you can take.

thanks for your answer, I double checked and must have missed to check again after I got the last Estate: Cumhaill stopped celebrating.
I must not have read your implemented Message completely and thought getting beyond the wall is in this update.

At which point do I have to find/visit the love shack to unlock it for upgrades? I only get the message to do something at the shack "when I am alone".

How do I get to the druids altar at the eastern mountains? Or is it the table inside the house and I just have to wait for the druidesse to show up?

What is the trigger to get woken up by my maids? I had Melissa and Phoebe doing that only once over all the times I slept in my masters bedroom.

The "when you're alone" bit is an artifact of older versions where you could invite Maids before the place was actually done. You had to not invite anyone in order to do the repairs. In never versions, you shouldn't even get the option to invite someone until after it's repaired.
You can find the love shack right away when you first leave your Estate to find Phoebe, but you eventually need to interact with the chest in the shack with Phoebe in your party (so she explains what the place is) to unlock the ability to do repairs, then you can pull up all the weeds and shrubs and fix the fire pit, then you need to progress until you unlock the customization room and can talk to Auda there about repairing the shack itself.

You can't get directly to that altar, you just talk to the druid in the house. I forget if she can't be your first druid or not, but you might need to find at least one other, and it needs to be during The Grow for the druids to appear.

The wake-up scene is randomized. If I remember right, the Maid needs to have at least 20 affection for her scene to show up if she's randomly selected. If she hasn't been recruited or doesn't have high enough affection, it just skips the wake-up scene.

They get fixed automatically when you progress. Fixing them during the repair quests is purely cosmetic and entirely optional.

You might not have talked to Laina to start the quest yet. She's outside in the garden looking for the key herself.

Yes, the seasons repeat. If you miss a seasonal event/trophy, you'll be able to get it when the season comes around again.

And it looks like you're missing Caitlainn in Roich.

does this have male on futa?

Male on futa yes, futa on male no.
There's a quest to complete that lets you opt into the futa content, otherwise it's always locked off and either skipped by default or uses a purely female model.

A fully detailed walkthrough for a game as big as MnM has gotten is a massive undertaking. I've seen a few people say they'll try, but what Zwonk posted is the closest thing I've seen to an attempt at it so far. I don't have plans on making an official one, at least not any time soon.
But if you have any questions or you're stuck somewhere, I'm happy to help.

The west forest is to the west of the south forest. It's where the big tree is on the region map. There's also a map in your Estate Info that has it labeled for you in the south forest entry.
Bronze stars mean a task was failed. There's a few ways to have a task fail, but it never fully blocks progress, and there's one objective that you'll always fail no matter what you do (which is related to Quinn's Freeze event).

The Trowel you can get from Emily's shop, or there's one hidden in Fekhacht to get one before it's available to buy.
The axe you borrow from Cumhaill, which you need the Cumhaill Accord for. If you have the Accord, you'll borrow it automatically. If you don't have the Accord, you can gain rep by trading Snake Fangs and Wolf Pelts and giving them Scrap Wood, and you get the Accord itself from one of the elders.

How to find the places to try to get a pact with Bianca? Every thing block by a maid. And do I need to do her homing side quest before I can do it or not.

I don't think you are far enough in the game yet for those places to be unlocked.
