Come on. Every time someone posts an issue they have with an Generative AI image - someone can easily post a hand drawn that is just as offputting, if not more.

Again, the problem with the image you shared isn't the AI, per se. It's that the person didn't do any proper revisions - just like the two hand drawn pieces I share in this post.

What, he didn't linked that, I linked to that here #67. And as for "the good AI stuff", I'm assuming that comic wasn't made in the last 6 months or so. AI imaging is still damn new and it's only been in the last half a year or so that good hands can be a fairly regular occurrence without steps being taken. And at no point did I claim any of the things I linked were "the good ai stuff" I claimed they were proof that ai was consistent enough to make flowing images in graphic novel format...digital phalanges issues not withstanding.

fingers are one thing ai struggles with but something else i've noticed lately is teeth in open mouths which i've seen slip past quality checks in even professional publications (it made me mad to see it in one of the physical magazines i pay for). it's weird when the mouth looks like that of a 90 year old with hardly any teeth left. what the hell do they train these on?

The style of the comics was fine, but as I said, probably from before good digital phalanges were easily attained. At that point the only way to get them was to make picture after picture after picture until one turned out useful. And when making enough pictures for a stylized graphic novel, I'm sure corners were cut, lol.

Not realistic enough. While I get a nice animation when I turn the pages, no matter how hard I "pull", the pages won't tear.

Sorry you don't like AI. Some creators, including myself spend countless hours even on a single image to make it look good and consistent. You don't have to like AI, it's completely okay for you to hate it and want nothing to do with it, but don't force your view of the world on everyone else. We all have different standards.

I don't like horror movies, so does that mean that all cinemas in the world should stop having horror movies in their catalogue? No. The choice is yours to just not watch them. Same thing with AI on this site. There is a built in filter, you can customize the entire game list by your own preferences!

AI images have to be curated much like anything else. You, Rossanna, don't know what you are doing, so naturally, it is going to look like shit if you attempt to do it. People who actually learn how to use AI like any other tool can make it look actually good. Generate 100 AI images to get that one image that is going to be used in the comic or game. We actually do know what we are doing. Thus, creating a narrative like a comic with consistant characters is actually possible. Time consuming if you are a perfectionist, but very possible. It isnt much different then using distinct characters in DAZ 3D or Honey Select or what ever other pre-made 3d modeling program is used.

Herminone Granger is used a lot by DAZ 3D game devs for the model of one of their characters. Just consider Lust Academy. It is rather easy to create an AI model and do the same.

Ive gotten on another computer and now I can access it. Now point out any one of those comics that you think is good. Just 1 you know in your heart of hearts that its good, cause I'm not doing more than 1, and ill point out why it is objectively trash.

I'd love to show you some examples of my latest chapter, but unfortunately it isn't public yet so I don't want to spoil anything, but once it does, I hope I can DM you with some examples in my game. What is good? What is bad? These definitions are so devoid of any meaning. Just you saying something is bad, doesnt make it so. The Godfather may be consider the best movie ever made but it still only has a 9.2 IMDB rating and 97% fresh on RottenTomato. Taste is arbitrary.

What is the difference between the fake Vogue Glamour shot that has been edited and photo-shopped to hell and back versus an AI picture? Both are no longer real. Does that fact that a person touched up her boobs and ass by hand make a difference? Newsflash, Porn movies arent 'real' either and the girl definitely faked her orgasm. Also the interest and 'love' the stripper is showing you is definitely Fake.

So what is "real"? It is all just Fantasy. I m okay if my fantasy is made with AI art. It is as 'un-real' as any other porn out there.

You dont like AI art. Fine. Use a the damn filter and get on with it.
