I wouldnt say its an aicg. The pattern on her stockings is too clear.

Clear? Yes. But it also doesn't follow the edge of the stockings, making it look more like a edit after the fact. Like somebody took the image and very poorly tried to overlay and wrap that pattern overtop the edge of the stocking (notice how much higher the pattern rises above the stocking at the edges), got it 'close enough', and said 'fuck it' before clicking Save-As.

Looking at the hands in all other pictures, I'd rather assume it's the author's style. With hands being the hardest part to draw for humans, not just AIs.
The art seems to be kind of bad, but not in a way AIs do it.
