If the download links are broken, your best bet is to go back to the OP where the links are and click on the 'Report' button in the bottom left corner of the post. Explain that the links are down and a mod should re-upload them in a day or so. Posting in the thread doesn't always get you the results you are looking for as not all threads have a mod watching it.

The game isn't updating for me to 1.02. Downloaded the patch and copied and replaced the files but it still shows as 1.01. What am I doing wrong?
