After you receive the message from Mia, click on yourself to continue the conversation, and Mia will show up at the door. Second day the world opens up a bit, you can go to the entrance to the left of the office, and from there to the city. I suspect what's happening is you've just decided to read books and chill instead of doing the first interview; I need to lock the store and the bookshelf until day 2.Hi there!

I got some weird issues.. Some of them might just be cause of the game being so early in dev, but otherwise, sounds like some bugs. Clicking Lifting weights does nothing, in the park, suntanning and running both show "Lifting weights" and do nothing when clicked on, coaching worked once but never again, Mia's 2nd visit never triggered at all.. I drank the coffee but can't look for the items anywhere, Grace doesn't show up in the hospital after she emails me, back to school and shopping center don't do anything..
Most of it is still early development, so thanks for pushing things around and helping test.
School and shopping center aren't in yet (they should give a little help box to say so?)
Coach not replaying is fixed, bug on my side. That'll also get influenced by you reading books on how to lift better weights later. I'll push it out later today, with the fixes for a bunch of other issues raised (both bugs and general playability).
Coffee should be all in; there's 4 different coffees on offer (I'll be fencing off the 4th one, the trinidad Scorpion, to only be available on Sundays). They give you stats boosts when you drink them. The 4th variety will (later) test your stats, and open up the second movie-star if your score on strength, smoothness and sophistication is high enough. Right now the stat test is disabled, so you can just select the option you like.
Grace and Susan's quest lines are up for completion later.

There was no box saying they're not in yet. Heck, a lot of things don't -do- anything when I click them. I'm assuming a bug happened at one point cause I never did get the ability to "call" Mia back for the 2nd session. From what I was reading, I should have been able to click on my character to get that option, but my character never appears anywhere after the 1st Mia scene.
Yeah, got Pup at home. Stats raising and "easy money" from it.
That's one hell of a price for a t-shirt. I'm going to assume that's a bug on my side, otherwise De Nile is guilty of some pretty serious price-gauging of players.

- Introduced an experimental 'on appear' animation for dialog lines. It's certainly noticeable, but I worry it's distracting... what do you guys think?

Got a simmilar thing during the beginning of the blowjob scene. After restarting the game and loading my save (just before the blowjob scene starts) it went ok.
The Angel / Devil counter disappears after the first porn shoot. Is this a bug? Or is this counter only important / active during the first meeting with the girl?
I also would like to advice if possible to add a "overwrite save file" option. Right now to avoid a mass amount of save files stocking up you have to delete them all the time.
The game crashed and messed up my display settings (had to reboot) during the 2nd meeting. It happened something like:
At second day after reading the reviews and the girls (Mia?) mails about how fun she found it to be I went into the city. Spoke and challenged her room mate in the coffee shop. Spoke with the coffeeshop owner. Went to the gym and spoke with pam, did some excersizes and work as trainer. Tried to get the dog from the pound etc.
After returning home / office. I read 2 new mails from Mia and one was that she wanted a new shooting the next day in the evening (if i'm correct). I did buy a bikini tshirt combination online as something like that was suggested after reading the mail.
But when turning to the left (from living room to front door) she appeared immediately in front of me. After sending her to the bedroom and following her into the bedroom as soon as i wanted to save the game, it crashed like described.
Besides the bugs, I really liked whats going on in this game. Looking forward to see more.
Found it. It was stacking the calls. So the first day it advanced a day. The second it called Advance Day twice. Third time it called Advance Day three times. (If you loaded a savegame, you could hit superscale even faster

Those of you who've encountered that bug, do you get any videos from the sex scenes? Also, are you still seeing it at 0.07a?
It's only important in the context of active unique movies (like the first one with Mia), so it's removed the rest of the time. It's specific to that movie as well, so the next movie you'll start at 0. The original scenario allowed you to be quite a lot nastier to poor Mia, but I took it out as I progressed... it didn't fit the voice of the game. Other characters will react very different to high devil scores, though; you can bully Mia to a certain extent... try that with Susan, and it's liable to become strap-on time.
Okay, good idea. I will look at implementing it for 0.08
That's a new one. I really need to add a debug log you can send back to me in cases like that; there's likely something deep down that's going badly wrong... in general crashing Unity (as opposed to crashing the editor while debugging) is quite hard.
