You need to get at least halfway through the storyline for your MC to wed your wife of choice after the troll attack at Brave Town. So you just have to keep progressing the story and attend to all the events related to that character.
CCmod makes it more closer to what should be expected that NTR to be like. So give that a try and see if you like it.
- Riselle, or however you spell her name, isn't really that good of a heroine imho (which is probably why she isn't promoted at all instead the face of the game is Claire and Maruette two custom characters). Like from the get go, it's all effort on MC part and little to no effort on hers. Then she just falls for the NTR bastard because he gave her the D that the MC wouldn't. Like a slut who never realized she was a slut until someone forced her into sex. In other NTR games, they at least build up the heroine so you feel something for her before she's stolen. But Riselle just falls flat there.
There's a good handful of ways to avoid the NTR. Pretty much, with the exception of one character and 2 areas, it's easy to keep the other guys away from the girls. And even that one character there's ways to keep him in check, through items, merc slaves and a guest NPC. Like it's so easy that CC mod actually had to make it HARDER to just get scenes more naturally instead of pretty much forced by the player.
Funny enough the premise is all there and probably would have been more interesting if the player was blue instead or Max to get into the girls pants and build a harem lmao.

A little tip for you, any spell you learnt will be remembered even if you change class but it must be learned 1st, example, if you learnt all spells as a mage and then change to fighter, your fighter can cast all the spells you learnt as a mage, same for white and alchemy magic.
Honestly i don't think he is suppose to be a villain, he is just a bad guy who does what he wants and takes pleasure in bullying the weak.
It is really manageable, once you can hire mercenary and have the little devil in your team you can send the merc and devil to Max and Linus rooms where they will have sex and reduce their lust, try not to wear any skimpy or revealing outfits that would increase lust if you are unable to manage, try hiring or creating extra characters and have them become sacrifices but make sure not too many or it will be game over if you have too many girls NTRed.
Rest in another town and come back, but make sure to have completed the 1st one and reported it back.

When heading south from Sapphire City, go west from the sign at N47 E11 and you get to a dead end. Head north THROUGH the bushes and you'll find their fortress
