I am not using CCmod and I put the human with Blue and he did have sex with her. But likewise the shields were still intact and she never accepted to share a room with him ever again

extremely low also I do not think the MC can get the girls pregnant only the other males. It's a plot device revolving around Blue's NTR and what happens to the ending when Blue develops your wife to 100 iirc.
Yes, just use the CCmod and use the Contraceptive Potion to reset the stats of the lady who doesn't want to get pregnant.
