Darker Nipples and pubic hair appear when a girl is "seasoned" / "experienced". That means she had >=100 times sex or had 20 lovers.
Max took her shields but did not bang her because she was married. Despite marriage she could cheat on Theo when conditions met. Your girld did not meet them.

I knew about Max (or more accurately I read about it later, so now that I know, I have no reason to test further) But I thought the dark nipples were just a cosmetic for this screen and only if she got pregnant at least once, good to know

I don't think it was there before, but I'm not sure if it was a bug or if it was added.

You need to collect the magic stones, marrying is literally part of the story (and of course, increase the girl's affection)

I confirm, I verified on the drop table, no such potion are dropped (and I can't remember where I found them except two in the love hotel locked rooms)

Got those two and used them since I never used the key, also there's one for sale from the demon merchant, now i'm just searching for one more

Have you tried the merchant on the Mist Island or something? That guy sells mystic eyes and he's a real pervert (enter his shop with a girl in her panties).
I don't remember if he sells a bottle, but it's worth a try.
