Yes, but if you play the game normally, it's pretty hard to save everyone. Unless you cheat or use mods to manage the rate of lust of the males, somehow and tactically use slaves as a body pillow to protect your female party members.

Just asking, of out curiosity, drchainchair2 or other ppl who saw the game's code - what do you think?
My apologies, I'll try to clarify my questions.
I know that you get the warp from the witch and her shop is in the Dale Coin Forest. The only location in the forest that it could be is currently blocked by rocks. From what I have read, you can move those rocks after you get the bracelet of power.
If I remember correctly from the many posts I have read, the bracelet is in the sewers. However, other than filling out some of the map, all I have found in the sewers are 3 major things:
1. The hint about knocking on the boss's door 7 times
2. A treasure chest that is beyond a wall with seemingly no breakable wall or secret door
3. A ladder that leads to someone's house and the MC says something along the lines of "I shouldn't go into random houses."
My goal is to be able to get the 12 gems before Blue gets Riselle and avoid that NTR. That is my understanding of the only possible way to avoid it.
I did try to look on the wiki for a guide as well as a guide that someone typed in one of the posts here, but both guides only show the NTR as an unavoidable event.
Now, I have filled out as much of the maps that I believe I can fill out. I have made it to the Mountain of God and found the Orc's Den though I have not found a way to Northrop Village. There's seemingly no way for me to get into the manor in the Yanek Forest.
tldr, where can I find the bracelets to move the rocks that block the path to the witch? I can try to figure out the rest of the game myself after but I definitely feel like I'm missing something, just not sure what.

When you get slaves from winning duels from Alex and the Amazon girls. You can tentatively use one slave body to let them have sex at night with one of the male characters (if they have high lust).
This is without mods.
If you have F95_user mod, you can have more than two slaves appear in the inn so you can place/pair them with two guys.
To avoid NTR with Blue, it depends on which part of the story you're up to.
- The first time you join with Blue, you can use Sandra to keep him company at night. Otherwise, he will randomly pick to NTR one of your female party members.
- The second time you join with Blue, he will only want to NTR your wife. The best way to avoid it is to get all 12 gems and then trigger the event where you eventually join with Blue again.

No, you need the Jump spell (jump over rocks) in the Dale Coin Forest.
You need to take the "Find Proof of Human Trafficking" quest.
- Riselle NTR is unavoidable (in v1.40 at least)
- You cannot get 12 gems before it
It is a reward for one of the quests in the Seagull village.
There are two witches in the game: Dale Coin Forest (a shop that sells Warp) and "Witch's Hideout" dungeon in the Collins Forest.

Just jump over those rocks in Dale Coin Forest. You won't need the bracelet of power.
If you're playing story mode, you can only get access to the bracelet after Blue takes Riselle away and NTR to the end her captivity. There's no hope of avoiding that story plot NTR at the time of writing this post. The developer reports that a new story will be written for the audience to avoid the NTR. It's just unavoidable at this point.
Need the quest from Sapphire City before you can climb into houses, once you have the magic boat to get the magic ladder and get to the last part of the sewer to get in from another pathway.
Yeah, sorry. No way to avoid the NTR event with Riselle at the moment. Until the developer makes a new story to enable players to avoid the NTR in story mode.

The game is a failure w/o ccmod... in my opinion anyway.

if the character is on a job that learns alchemy, just lvl up and learn it naturally. It's one of the first spells they'll learn.
After a girl reaches 100 development with Max she stops having sex with him at the inn, is that inteded?
That's weird, usually the males still go ham on the girls, even if they're fully developed and have enough lust to want to do some nightly action.

That's normal (at least in the base, non-modded game). It's so you can't just have a sacrificial lamb girl to protect your main/the others. After 100 development with character X, character X will move onto other girls if possible.

As NSFW game, it is a failure w/o ccmod...
