Recommending Male on futa/male on dickgirl game master list

Its funny, until right now when I went back and looked at them, I'd been conflating The New Me and Exlies into one game. I'd played them both years ago and then I guess my brain mixed them into one experience.
I wish that The Shrink was both more stable and offered the player more control in navigation. The dev changes it up so frequently that not only is it difficult to start where you left off, but then the earlier parts might be different when you go through again. It feels like 75% of the work that he puts into the game isn't on new content, and its been that way for years.

Sadly yes, but the quality of animation in this one is so good, maybe the best I've seen so far (and this is the most surprising part knowing the game was released several years ago). So, I'd say even if it doesn't last it's worth a shot.
Yeah, that's pretty funny, especially because the stories happen in different eras and the humor is way more present in Exiles. Still, on a graphical point, they are quite similar in my opinion.
Yeah this is very annoying, I often have to start a new in order to get the new content. I've read this is a tactic that allow dev to keep getting funds without having to produce new content when they don't want to start a new project. In my case, I never got to play the previous version of the Shrink but I have always been curious, since several people say it's better than the new one.

The original version had a TON of bullshit story content that was both extremely over the top weird and had almost nothing to do with the story. While it clearly took the dev a lot of work to put together, it also added virtually nothing to the experience for the player and was just crap you had to wade through to get to where you want to be and what actually makes sense. It was a big improvement and in that way, actually streamlined it.
However, since that point, he's added the tiniest of bits of new content onto the end of the story each update, and I agree with you that for a guy who seems to know what he's doing in a technical sense, feels like he's milking the project. And I'm not normally someone who go on about that like many here.
Also in regards to The New Me, that one sticks in my brain because I think its probably the first one I ever came across with a really hot, feminine futa/dickgirl having sex with a masculine man, which is the very reason I'm here in this thread. Very much what I'm always looking out for more of.

Updated the list with a few of the suggestions you guys made, a couple additions, and an important disclaimer about The Shrink, which is absolutely busted unless you use the Universal Renpy Mod on it. (even then, just expect none of your saves to ever work with future updates.)
The Shrink has always been a difficult game to play. The renders are wonderful. The story is all over the place. And not only are saves broken, but because he seems to keep cutting and splicing it together in different ways, its often difficult to fast forward through the parts you've played before as well. Its odd.

Shrink is 100% my guilty pleasure game. Its so badly written, the animations are baseline quality, and a few of the models are insane (have MCs childhood friend's tits grown like 8 cup sizes since the beginning?)

The sister with the red eyes and the mom are two of the hottest characters in any game I've played, and the futa maid and other blonde girl (I can't figure out what her relation is actually supposed to be) are among my favorite in that category as well. But I really want it all to make more sense and actually progress somewhere too.

I played the final game, I think it can be included in the list now. There are more scenes, and they're nice. It's maybe just a bit repetitive sometime, but less grindy than some other games in the list.

Moonripple Lake has the option of making one of the characters futa, and she's really cute. So far, there's just been some foreplay, but it feels like its leading to sex in one of the next updates. The game also has "photos" that you can discover around town, and some of them feature hot futa girls getting fucked.

We all have our own tastes certainly. I think its one of, if not the best AI games on here all around, and I would say its much more sharing/swinging/NTS than NTR. The MC is a sexy, confident dude who gets his share of action, which is what's always key to me.

There are various choices through it. I'm honestly not sure how they all play out, but its definately a sharing focused game. Still a pretty early release. The girl that you can choose to be futa is really cute and feminine, which for me is what I'm after, not the tall, muscular ones that are so common.

I know I haven't updated the list in a hot minute, but there just hasn't been much besides a few low-effort, low-quality ai slops.
I'm not even opposed to AI but the games I see are usually pretty bad. Like, little to no effort even to control for consistency in generated images. Or they're just paywalled cashgrabs. Definitely slim pickins out there atm.

In terms of dedicated Futa games "Futa healthcare" is pretty good. At least so far you have the choice to be on top.
I personally would prefer that the focus shifted away from the mom. But that's just my opinion.
I also enjoy "Him" and "Mind Control: Twisted Thoughts" very much and both have Futa/Trans Content.
With "Mind Control: Twisted Thoughts" it is somewhat hidden on a side character in the end of the current version.
But with "Him" it seems like she will be a central character in the future.
Anyone that does not fear endless grind, can also look into "Loser". It also has one a nice Trans character.
But its only worth it if you enjoy the rest of the game because unlocking her is not very straight forward.
