Found a new way to soft-lock the game (or at least new to me):

very descriptive and precise answer
what he means to say is you have to complete valentina's tour. On the way hobbs has to be chased down to the fountain and then is locked in the security holding room (the door in the security office we couldn't open before, in the vents this path was blocked off by the wood hand). Once monique locks hobbs away and you visit him in the holding room, you look around the room find the book in a corner and escape via the vents the wood hand is no longer there and that's it.

Go to the forest, east side. Follow the bunny through each gate it enters.

Now if someone knows where to find the second charm rune (NOT the library one) please help me :')
EDIT: It gave me the "not enough charisma" chat but let me move on as if it had worked. Didn't need another rune.

The save/load sucks - If you go into the scanner and click data, it should take you to the save/load screen. In there you have to click on a slot first then hit save or load.

Second scene is in the dressing room in the lingerie shop after completing "Making Friends 2" on Day 2. Just keep trying to peek and eventually she'll show up.

Get a red cup from the burger place, go to the fountain on the otherside of the woods (make sure you have turned on the water) and then when you have the cup of water. Go over and click the pc.
