I didn't have any issues getting the English patch to work. Here's what I did:
Quick note: I sourced the game download from nyaa originally.
The trick with all of ANIM's games is that you run the exe file from the <installpath>\data folder. For the ones that have a cracked exe patch file, you replace the one in the Data folder (also make sure you have Local Emulator installed and run it in Japanese)
What I did for the English patch was I downloaded that torrent but only downloaded the mamap_sce.dat_eng file. Then for safety reasons I created a temp folder with the original copy of the mamap_sce.dat file in the game files. Then I got the mamap_sce.dat_eng file from the torrent posted earlier and pasted into the game install directory and then removed the <_eng> suffix of the file so that it replaced the original

Ryuu doesn't bother doing much updating that vip thread so you need to doublecheck and especially those on the bottom have been out for a while already.
And this game eng patched in particular has been out (with no patreon or vip subscrition needed) for more than half a year now, you can see it in the previous pages on this thread

Maybe you're talking about Indiscreet Yukari, which was also translated by me but Saikey work on the post production work.
so this one is translated it just popped up on ryuugames for me so I was thinking of giving it a shot

She was neglecting her child, being a total hypocrite because of a child's dick, being a cunt and a cheater, I feel the "bull's mother" was empathetic of his situation and help him, really nice of her, I would like to know your reasoning.

First of, the neglecting her child part you totally BS that!
The word "cheating" would technically be in regards to the fathers ... for which they are totally absent here ...
Anyway Mayumi was just a "normal" mother except for the attraction that she awakes towards children (which even this is a writing choice requirement for the game genre in the first place).
Hell the difference between the two is that Mayumi was coerced into it, while Ayako didn't tried to stop it but allowed it instead, she pushed for it and instigated it when she found out pulling basically all 4 of them into debauchery.
Ayako is basically a conniving child predator in my eyes

Maybe I skipped because I feel so sick she was having sex behind her son's back with HIS friend while scolding him and begin a total hypocrite, but how was she coerced into it? he is a total child, and she shows again and again how much she does enjoy it, on the contrary Aiko knew her son was doing that and felt pity for the MC, which I feel was totally justified, you are calling a predator for her to do that while the other also fuck kids?
What is more, if you think the MC is so nice, she is totally neglectful in several endings where the MC is totally cucked is shown she stops going to her house to fuck and the kid is left alone, SHE IS NEGLECTFUL.

You got a child crying putting a tantrum and doing small threats like stop being his son's friend (which is a cringey empty thread but well ... is what the genre is about sometimes), she thought she could do something small for him, like handjobbing him, and it would be one and done but things escalated instead (yes all of this is cringe but the porn game needs to start somehow ...)

And double standards here too, while MC is not her son so she doesn't own anything to him, but she does abandon him on the Ayako bad end ...

Jesus Christ... this is horrible, this made her look even worst, this is the typical trope of "falling for your son's bully", the story told us that she started enjoying and getting corrupted for someone who treated her son to get to her? I mean yeah, you said it yourself, is just the thing to start the plot even though that doesn't get rid of the horrible person she is example starting a story about "I'm actually attracted to you" to a "I actually want to satisfy the person who threatens me", is says a lot about the type of character she is.

I'm gonna add a few more points so that my viewpoints comes fully across.
(and first off fix your text off grammar errors, it makes it like english ain't your first language ...)
I judge girls who ends up being corrupted in NTR games BEFORE they end up corrupted since in NTR games this process of corruption ends up being cringey / illogical / irrational.
It is a plot device and in my opinion if you hated that then you should stop reading NTR games since the majority of them has those silly plot devices.
Anyway going back to kayfabe do I blame the girl character for that? No she's a victim, I rather blame the bull for that (and i blame the writer of the script for not coming up with a better more rational plot device)
I also have some things to say in this regard
First off we are judging them based on our morals in the first place here but you ARE doing double standards and judging Mayumi but not Ayako for their actions here.
Mayumi is in my eyes a victim here of not only MC's friend but also of poor writing from the writer and I explained already, if I were to hate on that I should stop altogether reading NTR.
Ayako is "honest"? Take up a dictionary and look up that word ...
A honest person actions are clear and doesn't hide their intentions behind an agenda
Being honest and being manipulative hardly goes hand in hand
In this game a good chunk of it its the MC being screwed and walked over, and Ayako is the "secret boss" of the situation, the one who is in charge of everyone.
So the 2 endings that we talked about that you blame Mayumi for "neglecting" him, well she's also responsible for that.
And let's not forget the Ayako bad end when SHE HERSELF abandons him ...
And you like her .... I rest my case.
