Is there any way I can get a save that's just past the tutorial? I'm trying to play this game on joiplay on my phone but I can't pass through the 3rd tutorial since touching the desk only moves me there but doesn't count as pressing "Enter"(it usually does in every other RPGmaker games IDK why this one is different) and pressing "Enter" with the keyboard doesn't help since it specifically wants me to do it with a mouse.

This is already fixed for the next build but here's the fix anyway, in case others here face the same issue.
Drop

You must be registered to see the links

inside \Mana Quest\www\js\plugins\ and replace the existing one.

Also for future reference save games are located in C:\Users\YOU\Saved Games\Cozy Bunny\Mana Quest so that you don't have to copy your saves for each new build.
