With the mega app it can be downloaded but it limits between 1.5 to 2GB every 5-6 hours, so several attempts are needed to complete the download. I started to download it from mega while I wait for someone to post a better link.

VPN fixes that, along with any other site that limits. I've got one that's about $5/m that's been great for years now, mine doesn't help with streaming content not in my territory etc, it's not something I need though.

If you have dynamic IP youc an also just disconnect your router-ISP connection and reconnect. though most cable networks have static IP so VPN would be the only choice.

There were animations too

Animations still don't work I just tried it in one scene.
Yes, you can still play the game but not with the animations.

Edit:
Move 0.33 animations files to->0.34 folder and you can see all but not 0.34 update animations if there werent any animations in the 0.34 update, if there werent then I stand corrected
