Keep replaying and finishing the game over and over to unlock things.
Did that guy ever playtest this? because there's so many bugs in this i have trouble seeing the actual gameplay.

microsoft - the windows dudes
akamai - cdn partnered with microsoft
edgesuite.net - akamai too
likely noise from windows doing its own thing in the background, or from whatever windows processes the engine happens to use (and the windows configuration used on those vm sandboxes permits for).
edit: memory pattern urls, listed below, is stuff that's somewhere in the code that was loaded into memory, with no say whether it ever gets used.
clickteam - creators of the engine used by the game
thawte - certificate provider; seems like clickteam uses it for their products, like the game engine used here; unrelated to whether devs using the engine decide to buy certs for the programs they create
cellosoft - website of some multimedia/clickteam fusion plugin devs, it looks like (cf is one of those easy-to-use engines that let you go by with no programming skills and add custom features you need with community-made plugins/scripts)
lots of "dropped files" is because the game is aesthetically and idiot-proof packed into a single file/executable (which the game engine has as an option to do), and to run it has to temporarily extract a bunch of stuff from itself into %temp%.
that said, feel free to run the game, or any other program you get from the net, in a safer environment like a virtual machine.
additionally, at the bottom of this post you will find a spoiler with some guides on how to improve the security of your windows (the malware that thread talks about is unrelated to this engine, but the advice is universal).
