It's not like the chats on this forum are toxic. Go to old Kokoboro chats and you'll see how bad it can get. When we see the sauce we bow down and worship the dude for like half the page.

My sympathies to all who wanted something more from Maplestar's take on DxD. The original content always teased on the borderline and made us yearn for more, and IMHO that's what Maplestar wanted to draw, but all the while giving us an actual bone(r) for our enjoyment.
As for myself, I shall be patient and respect their creative direction so that, when they return to DxD again, they give us the full package (I'm personally hoping for a competitive harem scenario - and for Issei to shout "BOOST" enough times to properly deliver). If any of you are patrons of them, thank you for supporting the mad artist that even got a VTuber to accidently show their appreciation for their craft (IYKYK).

personally I was expecting more because other DxD animated works are just sooooo bad and boring and maple is one of the few that could finally give the series justice, cause like always the lewder the anime the less attention it gets from artists.
