As a Peach enjoyer, I'm happy to see more hentai games involving Peach
But on the other hand, I was saddened by the fact that it was Ivan who was in this predicament?
To be honest I'm always skeptical when a creator claims to have received a copyright warning from Nintendo
I mean yeah, Nintendo isn't that fan friendly but is Nintendo that crazy?
You see this game has been on sale since 2016 for 660 yen with a total of 871 copies sold
Of course because of the discounts we probably can't know the exact sales amount
But is that any more acceptable compared to the PUT?
Based on what people are saying, apparently Ivan had to stop before he could make a significant income from PUT's Patreon
I really wouldn't be surprised if there really is anyone or any group that is good at masquerading as Nintendo's legal department and scaring a lot of small creators because of it
I mean, when you're faced with this kind of blowback, do you have the audacity to contact Nintendo through a more public channel and say, “Hey, I developed a hentai game with Peach as the main character, did you guys really ask me to stop developing it?”
And Nintendo doesn't seem to have any reason to stop the imitators, I mean even after a hundred years, I can't imagine Nintendo saying “Hey everyone, don't worry, we're cool with fan-made hentai games, as long as you guys follow these few precautions we'll be fine, just ignore the imitators.”
Regardless of who did it, I feel sorry for Ivan and I hope he's doing well now
Nintendo sued a supermarket in Costa Rica for using the name "Super Mario". Wouldn't it be "crazy" to sue over a porn parody game?

This game runs on an already aging flash engine by its time point, so no amount of PC horse power can really help it run better if it can't run itself. It's mostly the first half of the game that get hit the hardest with lag, especially Peach's Castle and 1-1. It smooths out past the first world. If you really want to run it smoother, lower the quality settings in these parts. You could also try different versions of flash to see if any one of them work out better then others.

It's been a long time since I messed with running this game optimally, but I seem to remember Flash 17 being the one I stuck with the most. You can try around that area for reference.

First time I'm hearing about that, when and how the hell did he think that would work out? Was he actually serious about it?
I'm pretty sure neither Jen Taylor or Samantha Kelly would ever be willing to do that. Even if the stars align and they agree to it, I don't think Big N would very much appreciate an official voice actor of Peach to be caught using her Peach voice in an unlicensed porn parody.
