Not really, as an American you can represent yourself, remember they want you poor or rich, not middle class. So your either poor enough to abuse the law, or rich enough to abuse the law.

I'm working on a ntr phone game in the Mario universe where Mario gets cucked by Bowser. Its my first game and its been about a week. Trying to gauge interest. What do you think? I'm kinda worried about copyright issues. Also yes, almost all of the art in the game was made with AI. I suck at drawing and this is the only way I could make something like this. I tried to not make it look TOO generic.

The art looks better then I'd expect, but yeah your playing with fire. Also will Mario also get a femboy or sissy path to also become one of bowsers playthings?
Wasn't planning on it. Plus it would be tough to justify Mario viewing pictures of himself through his own phone.
