There are many cute girls in Touhou, but Marisa and Reimu are the ones that are easy to interpret as hentai adventurers.
Reimu because she is the protagonist and always short on money. And Marisa because she is an amoral rogue, even though she is supposed to be a witch.
Alice Margatroid is usually in fanfiction only as Marisa's lover. There must be more to her, but that would require me to actually play games. And I can't, because it is Sensory Overload: The Hardcore Game.

Like flannan said, both Reimu and Marisa are THE main protagonists of all mainline (not all .5 etc) Touhou games, which are bullet hell games. (Galaga with anime girls.)
Alice appears in Touhou 7 as a reference to the original PC-98 games, and then becomes a fanon "obsessed admirer" of Marisa. Y'know Marisa Stole the Precious Thing? Yeah.

And because Touhou is absurdly popular with the Japanese internationally from the absolute shittons of fan-content (that give some Touhou characters proper boobs over canon's, no joke), Kirisame is the first "Marisa" that will come to mind across any Japan-sourced fan-content. In terms of H games though, I'd say it's spread out between the character roster lol.
