Very similar in style to Novice Adventurer Sylphie as it's the same dev.

Warning: This game doesn't contain Patchouli, which instantly makes it mid imo.

Cirno may be stupid, but she is still the strongest. Also, summer is over, and winter is coming. Ice fairies like her are getting stronger.
