I think, it's considered Hidden sex, or Stealth sex if it happens in front of someone without them noticing, there's also a silhouette sex situation, where it happens in-between a curtain or like transparent door like the bathtub door in some games or doujinshi... I don't think there's a specific term or tag for something that happens through video call or something, it's usually under the Hidden sex or Stealth sex...

And if you want more of these types of scenes, there's a lot in Armored Suit Solgante and I think its prequel RaiOhGar... I didn't really play RaiOhGar, so I can't say more from it.
