If you have completed the requirement for the story chapter, then its most likely you need to increase the stats at one or more of the characters by doing small tasks for them first, you can do that by doing the chors/tasks for them, which are listed in the screen under the other tab.

I have all the required stats in order, but this still refuse to trigger.

IXL If you got it to trigger, did you use an old save or did you start from the beginning?

I can't find a similar game i played before, it was sincity of city of sin or something like this. can anyone help?

It's OK!, thanks for letting me know.
Perhaps the game will be completed one day, then I can replay it from the start. For now, even though I like the game it isn't worth the grind.

I dont seem to be able to clean the foot prints in the living area and terrace anymore. It says press E to clean, but when i hover over them at any point, anywhere, nothing happens.

It used to work, but doesnt now in this version.

Bit of a game breaker really as I cannot even quit the task..

Thanks for the report. I've tested around a bit, but I can't seem to reproduce the problem on my end.

Does this always happen to you or only in special cases / sometimes?

Its the first time in all the updates that it happened to me. So I was not over worried, but I was able to do the other tasks to then progress enough relationship, to then do that latest scene. I run 3 monitors, which are 4K, (the middle screen is what I run it from within a window) but not had that issue before, thats the only thing I can point that you might not have that would be perhaps different to you and myself.

I guess to make the game more robust is to permit a way to end the task in hand, which I could not do as there was no option.

So if thats something you can add in for each task, then it might help people at least be able to continue or restart without maybe losing a lot of game progress, if they have not saved before starting the new event. In otherwords, be able to give up the task and resume the game, without having to close the whole game down like I had to and restart over from my last save which was some time before.

That sounds like a great idea (y). I'll see if and how I can integrate this into the game without having to rewrite too much code.

Sorry for delay, but I updated my original comment to include a lil "step by step" guide on how to change the value type, hopefully it helps :)

I found a bug.

After finishing the last story mission with Hannah (exam), I spawned on top of the bed and seemed to be half buried in the floor. I can't leave the room, and saving and reloading doesn't seem to work either.

Thanks! That added part is useful. I think I worded my sentence wrong though. I meant I don't know how to tell if a value in game is supposed to be scanned as Float instead of 4 bytes.

For example, all the MC's stats are float values, I don't know how to tell when something is a float value instead of a 4 byte value so when I would scan something like Fitness if it doesn't show up I don't know what type to set it as.

I do like the added part about how to change the value type! This is technically the first time I've changed that. Now I should try it on other games where 4 bytes doesn't work!

I'm not sure too, I think float tend to be % or stuff that only goes from 0 to 100, while 4 Bytes for example, are defined, "set" values

Thanks! I have already fixed this annoying bug. It will be gone in the next update.

Oh that makes sense and is really helpful. Next time I play a Unity game I'll have to check that out. Still thanks for the original info since I was able to play through this game because of it!
