Best not to mess around with code unless you know what you're doing.
Just start the game in an older T4 version, I'm sure there's one floating around somewhere.

Only adding MoR enhanced might be possible in starter through code, as it's not that difficult. (I've tried, but gave up as you can simply cheat)
It's much easier to just add points yourself through debug menu.
Also a note on 4 tier versions:
There are only a few tier 4 quests, so I recommend doing those quests on latest tier 4 version (8.41)
Then loading that savefile on current public version to continue.
Loading back from 8.42 into 8.41 may cause issues due to new charm and beauty stuff.

Are Laika and Loden currently bugged? Because since the last update, they've gone from scavenging stuff virtually every other night, to not scavenging anything for over 2 months. Both of them are currently very happy, and have a high affection for their employer. So there has to be something wrong, because these two together are supposed to be two of the best scavengers in the game, as long as you have them working as a pair.

Thanks for the tip.But I can't seem to find the function to remove it.You can originally build it in one of the jail cell slots, and that's what I do every time.
I don't think you can remove it once built, unless you start messing with code, with which I can't help ya.
