It's working fine in the new version, no need to install any uncensor patch. Just select it on the game menu to activate. If you're still getting the censor on the Character creation, change the naked body until you find the real naked one.

There's some premade faces that are based on real people they can't be fully naked, but otherwise yes. Make sure you have the censorship at max sexy so it's fully turned off. And executives have nude skins you can unlock.
