From what i've seen from the pics, there are a lot of new events, some characters looks different and i prefered original characters of those that are remade. From the pics there are some scenes that would be considered ''NTR'', but are more sharing genre and there are only 3 of them. This remake does not bring nothing new to the table and it's a little late in the development phase.
Dev should've just finished act3 and game finale and the redo all of these if he wanted to. This only artificially prolong the game with almost same story since we already knew what will happen and mc will fuck all of the sluts, so there was no need for remake. I dunno why dev did this, maybe he ran out of the ideas how to progress and finish the story so he offered remake to buy the time to finish the game or maybe this is what patreons wanted, but it reminds me of ''My new life'' game and remake of it that was also started later in game development and dev of that game basically carted original that he was making for years. After that decision i simply stopped playing it and currently waiting for the game completion to even consider starting again.
I dunno why devs think that most players would play same game over and over and grind stats just to see the same story... These games are not AAA quality material (granted they are good fap material) and even then there are rare of those that are worthy of replay and this game certainly is not GTA or Witcher. It would be similar to watching same porn movie again, only this is a lot longer and grindier. But agan, i'm not patreon, maybe remake was something that was requested from his supporters.
Let's see how this decision will affect game development and if we have to play act3 yet again, but with how it looks, he will likely remake act2 and act3.
