Sorry guys if I'm being dumb. I'm trying to start this game. I seem to install everything from the OP including D.S.Mod_v0.1_Maxslife-0.12-pc, launching Ch1 and get this landlady/roommates shit. How do I fix it?
I don't see any other mods in the OP

When it asks you to name the "landlady", just put 'Mom' instead of a name

No, it isn't the only one. Yes, the zone don't have a tag (yet) for it. This will change. And last, but not least, if you want recommendations for game with fisting content, then ask in the proper section as asking that in a normal game thread is considered OT.

So since i didn't find any post about it, i'm stuck playing v0. 33 doing 3 quests, first is: i should look for actors for rita in gym, supposedly a black guy in the men's locker room during the day, the problem is no matter how many times i talk to him nothing happens he just says hi then goodbye and i talked to everyone else in the gym too, second quest is asking rita for help printing flyers, knowing that i expanded the villa already and rita is my villa in her new office in the morning, i go talk to her the convo goes like this: are you working on your new project? Rita: yes and such, me: i leave you to it then, and nothing happens after no matter how many times i talk to her, third quest is about eva and that double penis toy, she keeps saying i didn't find it no matter how long i waited, virtual assistant is not helping cuz i only got these quests left, and some people say it's in her home, where is eva's home?, i don't have it on map, pls help me guys, and thank you.

I go there and i only find her in the office when i click the right side of the building, clicking left side of the building brings nothing, and when i talk with the reciptionist at the main hall nothing happens

so good that this game got remastered. It really looked like shit before. I couldn't bare with the quality before, even though the fetishes were cool. Tried the first season now and its a good game now.
