That's the thing, I'm not trying to make an NTR game, I'm just trying to make a fun/hot Ace Attorney parody with themes that i enjoy. The main character Phoenix isn't specifically interested in Maya as a woman, they are best friends and co-workers. She isn't being stolen from him, but he's protective of her because he cares about her and respects her. It's why he listens when she asks him/mia asks him to back off. That's very sad to hear. The idea of a scanner to track the heroine's condition was pretty much killed by one linear route in the game. At this stage of the game, my expectations included that we would actually be able to influence how events would unfold later on. It's disappointing that this doesn't happen.
In general, I enjoyed this game much more than Klee Prank Adventure, although in both cases I'm not familiar with the source material.
What I found lacking: You made a great plot hook for the mysterious NTR, but immediately ruined all the intrigue with direct hints (e.g. red color of text, detailed discussions after missions, other characters revealing everything that happened to them). Scanner is also too perfect in this regard, showing the stream with a girl online. You can call me a nitpicker, but that's just my opinion. The scenario the characters found themselves in was perfect for hints, suspicions, gradual revelations, and so on. But in the end, we get everything thrown in our faces without any trace of suspense.
And one last thing. Judging from the comments, you correctly conveyed that the protagonist and Maya are just co-workers, rather than people interested in each other. I thought that was a strange choice for an NTR game. It seems to me that it would be worth making it more obvious that the main character is interested in Maya as a woman and not just cares about her well-being.
Personally I like the red text, I feel like it looks a little menacing and serious, and gives me a bump of excitement/adrenalin. Regarding the pacing... I don't think I could have taken things much slower and kept the game progressing at a pace I feel comfortable with really.
If you're looking for a pure mystery NTR focused experience, there are other games that do that better. I appreciate your opinion though, thank you for your input.
