Pros:
- In other family games usually the MC is the creep who starts to corrupt LL but in this one it's the other way around so something new.
- It's great that Marge is teaching MC to hold it and last longer.
- Great and hot animations. Actually one of the best as BADIK in flow and natural movement. This is certainly the biggest +
- No grinding to the fun stuff

Cons:
- Might be just me but the new hair in CH3 makes Marge look older and unattractive.
- When you change the name landlady for something else in the beginning MC is still calling Marge LL. And Marge speaks about being married to MCs roommate which kind of breaks the mood too.
- Marge looks sometimes as if she had unnatural botox lips.
- It would certainly not hurt Marge to exercise a bit to slightly make her belly more fit.
- In some animations the skin is overexposured.

This review is from just after the Ch. 3 update in which the story was revised. If you played Ch. 1 and 2 prior to this update, then you will likely want to start a new game

Renders and Animation:

Looks are the first things that you notice. Prior to Ch. 3, this game had absolutely gorgeous renders and animations that blew away all but a few other adult VNs. It had 1080p resolution with 60 fps for the animations. From Ch. 3 onward, this was upped to 4K resolution with a whopping 144 fps for the animations. I haven’t seen any other game do this and it makes a huge difference. The Ch. 2 animations were even redone in 144 fps, though everything else prior to Ch. 3 remains in its original, already beautiful state. 4K and 144 fps are not the defaults since not all computers can handle them and can be turned on/off in the options menu.

Through Ch. 3, we have been introduced to a handful of characters but the draw here is Marge, who is the mom/landlady character. Marge is stunningly designed and the dev makes full use of that. He switches up Marge’s clothes and hair so that you get to see plenty of different looks, all fantastic. Her lingerie is sexy and she looks even better without anything on at all. She is realistically proportioned and always seductive.

Story:

The story was reworked in Ch. 3 and the game is all the better for it. As you may have surmised, the MC has pain in his testicles and the only answer is ejaculation. Good thing Marge is there to help. The story unfolds in a much more interesting way than you might initially suspect. Marge is immediately a distinct, intriguing character and her character arc so far has been fascinating. Her personality and relationship with her son provides enough logical justification for her hand in her son’s measuring sessions (no pun intended). Without spoiling anything, the way that the characters (mainly Marge) handle the measuring sessions is interesting and really, really hot.

Closing Thoughts:

As the game goes on, the lewd scenes get more and more erotic with the steaminess not just coming from the visuals but also because of the development of the relationship between the MC and Marge. There is a scene (let’s just say it involves panties so as to not spoil it) that is not normally something that I seek out, but here was incredibly hot because of how the characters had interacted all throughout the story. The final lewd scene in Ch. 3 is one of the most incredible lewd scenes that I’ve ever seen in an adult VN. If you want to see how 4K and 144 fps make a difference, look no further than this scene.

I’m interested to see where the story goes. There is clearly something going on beneath the surface and it intrigues me. I feel like there are a bunch of different ways that it can go and I’m excited to see what happens. I’m also looking forward to seeing how Marge will continue to evolve and how her relationship with the MC develops. There are a couple of other characters so far and I’m hoping to see them integrated into the story.

I’m so looking forward to Ch. 4! If the updates are regular and of the same quality, this will easily become a top tier game.

One of my favorite visual novels... ever! Well done! Really hope to keep seeing this update and grow. Would love to be able to make some choices and see the story branch off. But other than that best one yet!

The game is giving you what you really want and doesn't blueball you for years and years. Renders are great the model is very pretty and sexy. The story is a bit cliche but that's what is expected from a porn game.

OVERALL 9/10 - this takes a premise i love, brings it something different and really does an excellent job of it. i only really wish you could customize how the MC and her/her roles are referred to. you can change the title of her character but not how she's referred to in the actual dialogue

VISUALS 8/10 - overall really good.
-design 7/10: for me but what this game does really well is the lower sex organs which is more like an 8.5-9/10 but for me the boobs are like a 7/10. also at the end of the day i feel like the female characters look good but nothing that special or that makes me say wow. what the main girl really shines is in her story
-bells and whistles 9.5/10: things like fabric, transitions are probably some of the best out there.

AUDIO 8.5/10 - the music is quite good. there's no sexual SFX which would be nice but it also doesn't need it because of the music. would welcome touches of sexual SFX tho. it could easily add to experience as long as they're not really garbage

STORY 9/10 - overall it's really good and probably it's strongest point
-pacing 9/10: really good pacing, almost perfect in terms of when content scenes happen and their ratio to context/build up
-dialogue 7/10: sometimes the dialogue feels a bit bloated or like it goes on longer than it needs to which kinda slows the pacing some too

I loved every minute of it. The story is really building up the tension. Beautiful renders and landlady. The writing is excellent. I love the way she behaves towards the mc and the way he loves it too. Became a patreon as well and hope for lots of updates. The only thing missing is choices. it is just a visual novel. Would be even better if you could also make choices that impact the story.

chapter 3 is amazing. new story, beautiful renders. i like the new story more than the old one. it is different but a lot more sexy. now the game is no slow burn game any more. cant wait for more chapters to come. it will be legendary!

At least they have the balls to not hide the familial relationship behind "landlord and tennant". I played it long enough to know it wasn't for me.

How many games are going to use a mysterious medical condition as an invitation for some kind of incenstuous relationship? Hormonal boys have no issue getting themselves off, no doctor would prescribe or suggest the mom help. I wouldn't be so hard on the game if the premise wasn't already used by like a quarter of the games on this site. By the by, who still has nudie magazines and porn DVDs?

Look, if this is what you are into, have at it. You'll probably like it. The models are decent and the MC doesn't look like an Alcohol Fetal Syndrome baby. Though he seems like a beta simp-lord, definitely not the dom in that relationship.

Wow, this is awesome! Like this is really good, it is still early in development and unfortunately the dev had to take a 2 month break (hopefully that'll be over pretty soon, stay strong buddy), but so far there is a clear level of quality present here. I was worried at first that the story would play out like some typical Brazzers porno, but its much better than that. Oh I almost forgot to mention, HOT MILF ALERT!

Only reason its not a 5star yet, is because I'm waiting for future and more to come, since its a new game scenes and gameplay are limited, that doesn't make them bad tho it's quite the opposite its really good. 10/10 would recommend giving it a shot, it wont disappoint.

This perfectly shows that a game doesn't need an outstanding story to be good.

Many games come up with a complicated plot but don't have the means to live up to that promise. This one keeps it simple but executes that perfectly!

A major advantage of a having a simple setup is that you can focus more on other aspects. As a result the renders, the models and especially the animations are top-notch! The story, despite having a porn movie script, is well written with believable character personalities and dialogue (although the MC is a bit of a doofus).

One thing that I would change if I could advise the dev is to keep the dialogue and descriptions separate. Too many constructions like - "Hi son, how do you feel?" She asked with a smile. - get annoying and only distract from the story. In the end this isn't a book.

Apart from that, a very promising start. I'm looking forward to the next chapter!

Short and simple but a promising start to this VN.

Renders look very crisp and attention to skin detail is on point. Landlady and MC both look attractive. The fluidity of the hand animations also caught me a bit off guard so kudos on that.

Excellent quality renders and similar excellent animations. As everyone indicated the milf is super hot. Even the boy is good looking and that is important in this type of story.

This novel is erotic without being sleezy. How can one write a story about measuring cum? Well play it to find out. Well thought out, not ground breaking but well thought out. Good use of English language and seamless flow between scenes.

It's one of those games when an update is out, I will rush to play it. Now I have to figure out how the dev did the dforce skirt movement in his / her animations.

I only stumbled upon it by chance, and I have to say: I am thrilled!

The graphics are great, the models are amazing (the mom is gorgeous, but actually the doctor is great too!), the story is also nice (based on an erotic novel). The game is a kinetik VN, so there are no decisions/choices - but actually I didn't miss them at all.

Didn't influence the rating from me, but highly recommended for music fans: the audio mod!

All in all a very good start and now I'm eagerly waiting for the next chapter.

Good start. The MILF mom is quite hot looking. I see a lot of potential in how this story could develop. The dialog is a bit simple, but has no problems. I hope to see more character development for the mom and son, to see why they are the way they are.
