So.. something like Breeding Season, or something more sophisticated? I am not familiar with SMA.

I've never played Breeding Season, so I wouldn't be able to tell you, but I can explain SMA.
Basically a girl enters your room, you judge if she's pretty or not based on various metrics like face, tits, ass, mouth...etc. and a couple of personality traits like horniness, willingness...etc. After you're done rating 2 girls per day, the next day you get another set and so forth, the girls are randomly generated.

By month 2 you're already supposed to have lvl 3 girls and they're noticeably prettier/more well behaved than the very first batch. The game does have a lot of potential though, I'll give it that, I just don't see the point in playing the game until they improve the speed of progression whilst keeping the profile editor system. A couple of updates ago, the dev released an update that allowed you to make profiles of good looking girls that will auto-rate girls so you don't have to do it yourself for hours, which sounds good on paper, but made personal level progression slow af.

And the reason why your personal lvl is important is because the higher it is, the more girls will like you and allow to do certain things like touch them or fuck them.

Girls interacting with the MC, literally the reverse of 99% of the games, if well done it can be a huge point for the game, if done badly thought it will end up being annoying.

Fetish integration into your character, for example if your character gets a big boobs fetish he would tend to focus his eyes on the boobs, will have higher willpower requirements against boob related actions and stuff like that.

There is a twine mechanic where you can shuffle through a set of pre-selected words instead of just making a choice at the end of the page. For example a character description of someone with blond hair and blue eyes, where the color options can be clicked to cycle through standard options and whatever you settle on becomes how that character is always described. Admittedly I only know about it because it was used in a porn game that was abandoned at alpha status. But I'd like to see a more fleshed out use of this. It seems like it would provide a lot of player control over how characters look and act.

I always like the idea of giving the MC a background that is mentioned by the NPCs. Kind of like Mass effect, where you can choose your military background. Makes it feel more personal.

I'd love to make a game, but I've got no experience with doing anything like that aside from fruitless 10-minute attempts in RPG Maker Lite. Mostly just curious what all people want to see, help people find games with those mechanics or themes and, on what I considered the rare chance someone who does have experience developing games looked at this thread, they could possibly get some inspiration or snag an idea or two.

Wanna see First Person NTR game. The incident takes place in your own house so you can walk around exploring your own house and you can peek into the room to see your family getting cucked. I really wish to see more games with time travel mechanics. You know, go back and do things differently (e.g. with newfound knowledge). It's a shame because not many games actually let you do that, and I actually can't think of any "adult" games that do that.

One of the things I tried to include was something that I tend not to see in a lot of places and while it's not really a mechanic, it is something I really like. That is dependent events, not necessarily large ones, but the world reacting to choices you've made. If someone leaves lipstick on a penis then if another girl is going to go down she notices. If you interact with one character and they get annoyed, they go and take that out on someone else who then comments on it. Really make things a bit more living and breathing.

Normally this is relegated to just falling out of a harem ending, but there are a few times where I've seen it done well.

While a brothel game comes to mind with this mechanic I prefer a factory play style where you order or build the parts to ship out sex bots, but also show a demo of what your newly design sex bot can do.

These days, I think what I'd really like to see is something more like an English-language RPG with incest porn. The reason I phrase it like that is that I want the priority to be the RPG rather than just the porn part. For features, I want big areas to explore, interesting combat, magic/special ability systems, story, and explicit description of family relations as blood relations rather than steps or adopteds or close friends or something something magic crystals (I'm looking at you, Milfairy Tales).

The closest I've seen lately is Peasant's Quest, which I like quite a lot, but I'd say that while it does to a degree emphasize the RPG stuff, it's still a fairly low-magic setting and I'd like something a bit more diverse like Legends of Queen Opala: Origins but, like, more incesty and less about just banging random RPG monsters. I know there are a few older scattered examples out there: the kinda bad but well-animated Milftoon games, and Corruption of Champions, but I'm talking about new or in-production stuff.

But i would like to see real blackmail where MC has no real choice than to say ok.
I would also like to see more drug use. There are so many aspect to it. How to tame someone by introducing drugs in to the equation.
I heard thats mostly absent because of Patreon.
Not really a mechanic, but i think the idea that a female would feel joy in forced sex acts seems strange to me. Ok, its fantasy but still.

Not sure about choices.
Is it helpful to decide what direction to go? Or does that take away of the experience?
Some, not sure if all, give you choices like submissive or dominant. But i am mostly intrigued by how a character gets drawn into the abyss. So for me less choices seem more practical. Though it really depends how the author intended the game.
Does that make sense?
I am playing mainly VN and not RPG.
I never got around to like RPG elements mixed with sex.
Anyway, do i want to do X rather than Y.
I think it would perhaps be nice if the character is already dispositioned to a path like submissively where the actions only enhance or rather let you where you were.
I play at the moment fashion business where the character is basically already a bitch but can change. Though dialogs do have the bitchy thought that never goes away.
So its kind of a false choice, or is it?

There's an old Sega game where you play a ghost, and the goal is to scare the residents of your haunt to death by possessing nearby objects. Putting a porn twist on that by using possessed items to inspire lust seems like a good concept.

- I remember playing it well over a decade ago. I personally found the hentai pretty meh, but the gameplay was simple and fun. I played it way more than Artificial Girl 3.

Another mechanic that might be interesting to see is having to actually work to satisfy your partner. I don't mean shitty QTE or afterthought minigame, something that requires your attention and that rewards your skill and, preferably, that can be done with one hand. Hell, a simple rhythm like minigame would be fun, with easy difficulty being simply Up/Down (cock goes in, cock comes out) and harder ones having Left/Right (grind grind). Leave an option to auto-succeed, but reward who decides to play it right
