Why not add side stories into the game and make all into one? Leaving game & reading comics is annoying.

What relationships am I supposed to write for the characters? I understand the need to have "housemate" as a default but without knowing anything about the characters I can't decide what relationship would be more fitting.
Nvm, It's daughter. It's a bit annoying having to go back but nothing too terrible. Would be nice if that wasn't necessary though.

And while I'm here...I know I'll be in the minority, but I have a hard time understanding why 99% of these AVNs which take place in a medical environment apparently cannot be made unless there's completely absurd uniforms on females and circumstances that wouldn't happen in a million years. No one on the face of the earth wears this stuff in a hospital and certainly not "Japanese". Would it be so hard to make a game less sophomoric? If I remember correctly these are supposed to be adult games...or maybe I smoked too much while working in hospitals and have an altered view of reality.

You're not alone. I, too, would like more realism in both clothing and situations.
I'd love to join in and trumpet about how important realism and world building to me is...... but that'd be a lie; it's really just I think girls in everyday scrubs are hot. (which you dont see in games! 
)

In the game, the nurse has a Japanese style uniform (yes, it's short and sexualized, but come on, it's a porn game).

Still, this is but a minor gripe, the rest of game is going quite well, and I particularly like the daughter's model.

Yes, please keep to what you're doing. This has a great beginning and possibilities. Only criticism would be to do a little proof reading.

only the dr’s or bosses of the department can wear dresses or skirts under their open lab coats but as soon as it hits 5pm these nurses are ready to strip down throw out there scrubs and put on there short shorts or mini skirts to go out to the clubs
Seems like the paths overlap on the man being into getting cucked, is that going to be the case moving forward? There were some cases where he encouraged the wife to pretend to do it, will this repeat itself even after joking about it resulted in her getting harrassed?

There is some connection, but on Netorare's path there will be certain events and reactions, and on Netorase's path the husband will encourage it and he will like it.
