If you was following the thread and looking to sub and had subbed for the amateur tier you would of already had it and the public release wouldnt matter to you as a paying customer. The dev is under no obligation to post the public version on any date other than what he wants, its free. Whats important is hes meeting the paying players release dates as best as possible, which they do.
I dont believe you have/had any intention to sub or you would of instead of making a muddled post about public versions.

No. Dev and any other creator are under obligation to follow through their tier guidence which they write themselves. I have subs on 7 different games at the moment ranging from $5 to $10. I follow their tier rewards very closely because in the past some of the ones I subbed have dropped following through their tier rewards, started changing tier rewards without changing descriptions of tier rewards or went silent for months while still billing supporters. The second one is a huge red flag because those tier rewards equal to written sales contract. It creates a precedent where creators use this to their advantage to milk money from supporters and it is already happening with $5 tier where their rewards are being moved to $10 and $25. This needs to be pointed out whether you pay $3 or $25.
In Patreon you can't ask for refund but you can do a chargeback on the grounds that tier rewards are not fulfilled or changed without notification/consent. I know this because I did one such chargeback after another creator moved tier rewards to higher tier about 4 years ago. It was without notifying anyone until someone pointed out and I have been doing through checks to every creator before supporting ever since.

Adding the "stats don't matter" mode was a huge hit from the Dev. It makes pursuing specific paths possible, without having to look at all contents (even though the game doesn't acknowledge it yet).

While I like the general idea of this game, I am playing the let everybody get freaky. Not the janitor or the drunk coach, lowlifes can't get with my Karin, the Engrish is really bad.
Also, the coding wrong in many spots. I did not do the butt plug thing because it led to a janitor scene, again fuck that dude, he is no Glenn Mathews. Yet in the doctors drinking meeting, when Eva is thinking about kinky stuff that has happened, she acts like she did go through with that. There are many other cases, that was just the one that stood out the most.
This game seriously needs a proofreader. If it gets that, then it could be a pretty good game.
