Interested in medieval themed games and since we dont have that tag, wanted to ask if anyone has a list of recommended games

What is a difference between fantasy (sword & magic) and medieval for you?
Because too many of h-games are fantasy ones.

Thanks mate. will look at them. My favorite fantasy game got abandoned. The archaeon i believe

Judging by your signature, incest tag is not an issue for you? If indeed it's not, I recommend you this game: Kingdom of Lust
There isn't a lot of content at the moment, but the overall idea of this game is very promising.
