2018 only leads to the 2019 megalink did the two merge?

No Merge. It's is just incorrectly posted the same link for both 2018 & 2019. But if you use the 2017 or 2016 link, you will see to the left the folder for 2018. Just click on that then select, Download as a Zip on the top right of the page. It is really slow, but at least you can get it.

the file zlib.dll must be in the same directory of baka.loader.2 for it to work
