Actually trying to extract some Officer Juggs sprites for a background I'm working on, was checking all the swfs and Bad Moon Rising actually has some sprites missing like this, might have to keep progressing to different scenes in the swf then reselect the swf in the search in memory and check for different versions to pop up, then check those for shapes/morph shapes.
