Try to use the apks who has been included inside to play the SWF and HTML5 games in your android (Exagear Pro - JoiPlay Respectively) who are in the files "How To Play SWF Games In Android" and "How To Play HTML5 Games In Android".
try to press "Pgup" or "Pgdown" in your keyboard to skip the cutscenes, or try to click in the inferior part of the screen, like the red arrow shown in the pic.
Try to click around in that spaces to skip the cutscene.

it doesnt appear with any options for a different scene and pg up & down doesnt seem to work either which is weirds its only this game specifically
now we just need hacked versions of some to where the girls never look at you (thus avoiding having to constantly move back and possibly reset your progress) and creatures don't show during stealth parts.... and to where there aren't any hazards on the fishing games.
But the game what you have there, have all the files to be played directly in the emulator? because if you don't have all the files, you can't skip the cutscenes there. Your other options is play it using adobe flash player reader or any website who reads SWF files, like internet explorer, and try to do the same steps again in both options.

can someone tell me how to run the start.exe file I tried to use it but it give me a error is there a emulator I need to use for that to work or what

probably but i see that MNFC (Meet and Fuck Club) still running really well and some of the artist and dev still active theyre modding some of the MNFC Scene and theyre discord server is still active as well
Their prices are ridiculously high and they refuse to switch to Subscribestar or something which would allow them to bring back the more taboo content so probably yes.
