No I mean what happened to their legacy, they completely lost touch with their old works and style. And what happened to the old Mrs Claus?

maybe ur question is related to the changes of animation and style about some games and characters, i guess they try to change mrs claus to a gilf more sexy and curvy for some people fan of that type of porn games. Remember some characters of meet and fuck games are a parody of some porn movies (tilda von titanthanks for example, is a parody of the main character of the movie "Nuns with big guns" and a reference of van helsing and any other hunter of magic creatures) and parody of some porn fetishes (nurses, police officers, sci-fi, milfs, gilfs and others).

For other way, some of the meet and fuck games are created by a different authors. Everyone uses a unique style to make that games. (that is the reason of some characters looks good than others). And of course, don't forget the end of support of adobe flash player (with this event all the games are in html5 format, and at the same time, the creators have more liberty to create characters with HUGE body proportions like big asses, tits and a lot of facial expressions and other stuff).

Does anyone have any potential clue on how modding the HTML games would go? Unlike the SWF games I have no clue on how to actually get to the code so I could start switching around stuff.

edit: Neverfucking mind, unlike the SWF games that allow for modding, the scenes in the HTLM games are literally base64 encrypted mp4 videos.

I don't know if you guys are aware, but moving to html was one of the worst thing that happened to MNF as well as to many others creators. End of support of adobe flash literally killed entire genre of games. And during transition period I rememeber there was a pause in the MNF workflow (1 or 2 months...?) cause they had to set a lot of things to even function.

And sorry I don't buy "more freedom or liberty" to work with html. Cause in practise shifting to html took away a huge amount of things you could do in SWF and not in html. It also raised the barrier entry for making games in that format for potential new creators which consequently decreased creativity pool of many projects.

Html5 entire push was never mainly because of simplicity and security. It was more to push DRM into web environment - in short it helped big companies to better control and monetize media on the internet. It ofc also means more ads and tools for gathering consumer data - something it's not that beneficial to the end user.

Cause you would think that transitioning from older ligh weight format to something new, should end up with being more secure, more faster more user friendly...? Right...? Right...??? ;)

including the size of the games in html5 compared with swf. I guess the change in the format is related to add more content to the games and animations (thing u can't never do in a swf games). don't forget all the swf games can be played using emulators or specific web browsers.

Flash was poor man's heaven, many legends are born in the Flash era Newgrounds. But times change and MNF had to relocate themselves into HTML. But after the shutdown of flash they had no choice right?

They use Adobe Animate (previously Macromedia/Adobe Flash), the same template and scripts from circa 2012 (starting with Super Princess Bitch or a few games before, i don't remember) with minor improvements (very minor), over and over again, the games are only larger because they can't use vector art anymore but have to resterize them, but every thing has stayed the same from that time, lazy bastards, lol!
