what do i do when it says missing ddll or something like that

ok guys I need some help. when I download them and open it there a folder called parts and the swf file ( the swf inst inside the parts folder) when I clicked on the swf file it doesn't work it shows only 0% loading and it doesn't look the like file has much data to me. note this only happens with those that arent a complete swf file( no parts etc) this ones work fine ( I use flash player 30)
