There is no Game.exe in any of the downloadable links.
They are just a bunch of individual swf, exe files
and when dragging a swf file to bakaloader it would just give me an error

Yeah, idk why they'd put the generic installation instructions when this is not a rpgm nor a ren'py game.

On the other hand, if you want us to help you you need to post what the error says. For now im gonna guess bakaloader doesnt work for you due to flash being discontinued, so please check this.
