Why did mnf games become so rare?? They used to be everywhere.

I'm about to ask for some stuff but before that imma share some so I don't come off as that one that asks but never gives

I still have a couple more I compiled before MnF got nuked from the interwebs. Take a pick and I dunno I'll put up a link if I feel like it I guess. I'm not sure but I think I edited one or two of these and cut the gameplay parts so its just the intro then sex scenes.

Check on hen-tay , it recently upload to news reporter 5, judge Xanthe is also there but do you know how to play it. When I open one file it open up Internet explorer to play like a html site on it. When I google reddit hen-tay, I see a post saying you play it on Opera X brower

I remember downloading from there years ago and I tried downloading again recently and it gave a zip file with an some html files and an exe inside it was not what I remember downloading all those years ago. I deleted it because who knows what that exe does

MnF games used to run on flash in its hayday. Nowadays flash its not a choice (thx Adobe) so now they use html to run their games on their browser. Bc of that youll find this when extracting their games now:

This has been the norm since around mid-2020, i think. PThere are only ~30 games with this format and previous games are still .swf files, so they can be opened by flash players. To play them, you have to create a localhost and launch the game on a browser. Its simpler than it sounds. The exe you fund must've been the Start.exe that does just that: it launches the game on your default browser.

However, it has a dumb flaw: As you feared, it doesnt really just do that. It also opens a website to a filehost, where you can download the full mnf library. Doesnt sound too bad but first that isnt something it should do willy nilly and second, that filehost is fucking hitfile (need a membership to download stuff). So no, dont run that exe file.

The best alternative rn is download

, extract it in the game folders and click one of the Start_Game.bat files to play, depending of which browser you want. Theyre batch files, so you can read their commands and know theyre safe and trustworthy.

Thanks for the info! Mildly inconvenient but better than nothing. Eh I'll just get back to it when they release something that really really catches my attention

Does anyone have the news reporter 5, hen-tay only has premium download links ....
