I have attached a successfully running command screenshot, in the blue rectangle you should see the full path of the folder containing DD-Team files, particularly the index.html file.

They will never touch again old games. New games use HTML5 (canvas + createJS) so it's multi-platform in theory but they need a web server because of a preloader running xhr requests.
For old games you have some solutions like Ruffle but it's not working for some cases.

The server seems to work fine, but the working directory is not ok, it doesn't find the index.html file, are you sure you're inside the directory containing index.html when running the command ?
