I looked but couldn't quite find the answer, so apologies if this has been asked before. With the older games I have no issues opening the .swf files with baka loader, which is great. Let's me skip the mini games and get right to the good stuff. With these newer games that are launched with .exe's - is there a way to skip the mini games on these and go right to the sex scenes?

Depending on the games (the 2 or 3 latest ones), try to press the space key (when opened with Mozilla) and look on the left side of the screen.

download and extract the game file in a location and then download and extract the mini server to the same folder (game) , click on "start" and you re good to go

If that doesnt work, should we assume you clicked on the index files? That usually doesnt work, try the mini server.
