Btw not sure why but I use UAGC too and my file is 150 MB smaller?

If you max your stats, you'll screw up the game. You have to go to the objectives and make sure you're at the specific levels. I had Affection and Lust set to 6 and couldn't move forward when affection needed to be 5

Also stuck at the same place. Choosing "Be Melanie's psychotherapist" hard locks the game forcing you to reload.

And as far as I can see you can't meet Tiffany. I even peeked at the game's code, and if I read correctly, you can only meet Tiffany after doing an event that is only available after you meet Tiffany...

You can fix it by making a small change in the code, find the bit in the code where it says:
[[In the yard|Mel05TherapistAnalWM1]]

And replace the two following lines with this:

<<disable canExperienceEvent("05_melanie_therapistyard", State.temporary.events)>>[[In the kitchen|Mel05TherapistAnalWM2]]<</disable>>
<<disable canExperienceEvent("05_melanie_therapistyard", State.temporary.events)>>[[In the classroom|Mel05TherapistAnalWM3]]<</disable>>
