Ok., to explain it better: 22 years ago, Nikos and Joanna hook up, Jo's na gets pregnant; her dad won't approve, she hides it from him, leaves kids with Nikos and disappears from Nikos' life; she maintains relationship with Dad (Toska) but he know nothing of the daughters. Years later, Joanna hears if potential deal btwn Nikos and Toska, realizes this is chance for daughters to get at least done part of rightful inheritance. Cones to Athens to spy on meeting (hiding from Nikos) and sees Nikos' rather half baked plan and decided to intervene on the sly. Does not want Nikos or daughters to know of her existence in all this.
To be clear: you've repeatedly mentioned Nikos' plan. But there's not really a "Nikos' plan" that pertains to Toska.

Right now, we have seen:

- Nikos' original proposal: The idea was that Andrew would dress up as Elena and help woo Toska so that Toska would think Nikos is a good "family man" and support the business deal. That was apparently the extent to the plan and (officially), the narrative keeps trying to convince us that he's completely not aware about all this other stuff happening. As such, he's heartbroken to learn that his niece's husband isn't actually madly in love with him. Effectively, this plan is already done, but has artificially been dragged out because Joel is a guest and they're keeping up appearances for Joel.

- Seferi's plan: Seferi's master plan is that apparently Toska must return to Greece for Nikos' wedding. When he arrives, Seferi has prepared evidence to get Toska locked up. For Seferi, his motivation is revenge. For Marina, Eva, and Sofia, they're participating with this plan because Elena has convinced them Toska is a danger to the family. One woman is more directly involved with Seferi on this plan, and currently we don't know her identity.

- Joel's plan: This is the one we know the least about currently. Somehow it involved Angeliki inserting herself close to the family. And somehow he thinks he can take advantage of knowing Elena is actually a man to be part of his plan. This plan is mostly derailed now that he's been feminized.

So regarding the plot you've laid out:

1) How is Joanna getting money out of this? If Toska is arrested, it's not like being Toska's daughter means she just instantly gets his money. Joel wanting Toska arrested would make sense as there's an opportunity to inherit the criminal connections and become top dog. But Joanna doesn't have that benefit.

2) Why does Joanna want money for Eva and Sofia anyway? Nikos is rich. Putting them in danger by involving Toska seems like a bad idea. Especially if she was keeping their parentage a secret, shouldn't she have tried to sabotage (or even tell Nikos) to not do this deal? They clearly don't need the money.

Also, this plot requires Toska (who we need to remind ourselves is so paranoid he ruined Seferi's families' lives over the discovery of Seferi having sex with men) to not notice his daughter is pregnant. With twins, apparently. And even before that, apparently not ever find out that she was dating Nikos.

I genuinely don't see how that works.

This is kinda unrelated to the ongoing discussion about Eva and Sofia's mom, but are you assuming that Joel and Seferi have two different competing plans? They'd clearly been working together up until their disagreement over how the plan was proceeding and Seferi shot Joel. And I got the impression that Angeliki had been and still is working with Seferi as well. And since being shot, Joel has been either unconscious, in the hospital, or at the salon under Angeliki's supervision, so I don't think he's had time to formulate any specific revenge plan against Seferi/Angeliki. It seems to me that he's still reluctantly working to carry out Seferi's plan, though his role in the plan has now changed.

Not competing: They have two different motivations but the path to get what they want isn't mutually exclusive. The reason I separate it out is because: the current Seferi plan (luring Toska back via an Elena/Nikos wedding) could not possibly be the original plan when Angeliki was first sent in. There's no way they could have foreseen all this feminization.

In my head, whatever the original plan was, I think of that as Joel's plan. All we really know about it is it involved sending in Angeliki, and eventually it was about overthrowing Toska.

There's no way it could have involved being shot by Seferi or feminizing Andrew.

As such, again in my head, Seferi's plan is what's been the most "on track". Initially, Seferi's plan and Joel's plan lined up: The two worked together to keep Andrew as Elena so that the wedding would happen. But it's clearly gone off those rails, because (if memory serves) part of the plan involves having Joel getting shot be blamed on Toska, which Joel clearly wasn't on board with.

And also, with these changes, can Joel even get what he wants now? The stereotype would be a criminal empire wouldn't follow a woman. Especially not one that's a step shy of looking like an absolute bimbo.

That's why I think of these as different plans. Seferi's was at some point aligned with Joel, but it's clearly diverged.

Nikos plan: fool Toska into believing he had a wife, using Andrew in disguise gut 1 night. Toska screws it up by dragging in negotiations and having Joel hang around. Nikos plan was, in hindsight, pretty piss poor. That's the "plan" I have referred to. And it definitely refers to Toska .

Joanna would not get money out if it. She seems well off and her motivation is getting something for her daughters who are at this point completely out if the loop in Toska's money. She would want to get them in.
Nikos is apparently weak they but that never.,ever stops people from wanting more. Nikos is trying to get a deal with Toska get more money. Dane fur his daughters.

Toska life in Albania, Nikos in Greece. There are innumerable ways His na could have hid this from her father that she may have lived far away from.

Chance are., I anm completely wrong on all or most of this, but I think you can make a very consistent argument for it; at least as much as any other idea right now

I agree all of you but , why Melissa mentioned it has a "HAPPY ENDING". so , in which way happy ending and for whom?? And what is the meaning for Happ ending here ??? What I understand the MC is Andrew who is now Elina, his marriage is broken, he is tricked to become a Milf and a wife for a middle aged man and mother of two grown up (semi Evil,) daughter, merina is no way near with andrw anymore, so in which prospective it has happy ending,
I don't know much what did Andrew wrong for that he have to become like this ....

Experts please enlighten me !

I sorta mentioned this earlier - Angelos says he is not canceling the planning fur the renewal ceremony despite Elena asking him to - I'm going with Angelos being right and that would seem to indicate that Nikos and Elena make up and come together. Ignoring a broken marriage and some other weird shit, that is, one can say, a happy ending. As opposed to Elena being no longer with Marina, no longer with Nikos, in a body 20 years older, and without much of anything, or anybody to be with.
Relativity!
